Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement, made under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding purchases made through Premium Store.

Parties

Seller: Premium Store. Buyer: The individual or legal entity registered on the site who places the order.

Subject of the Agreement

Covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the buyer on the site.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Delivery

The order is prepared after payment confirmation and delivered to the address specified by the buyer through our partner carriers.
