Returns & Exchanges

Under consumer protection law, you may return your products within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• It must be returned together with the invoice/order information.
• Personalized or hygiene products are not eligible for return.

Return Process

You can create a return request by selecting the relevant order on the "My Orders" page. Once your request is approved, you can send the product back free of charge with our partner carrier.

Refunds

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your payment is refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
